My business philosophy is simple. Success should not be measured just by sales. More importantly, its about building relationships. My goal is not to be #1 in listings or sales. My goal is to be #1 in customer service and satisfaction. I subscribe to a strict code of ethics and am committed to treat all parties in a transaction honestly.
Licensed since 2006, I specialize in residential real estate. My Father and Grandfather owned real estate brokerages so I 'grew up in the business'. My previous career was in marketing as Vice President of a multi-national advertising agency where I ran the largest media buying operation in Canada.
I enjoy representing buyers and sellers of all ages and am one of only a handful of realtors in the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board with their certification as a "Senior's Real Estate Specialist". The majority of my clients are referred to me by happy clients, friends and family.
Giving back to my community is important to me. I volunteer with the Canadian Cancer Society, White Rock South Surrey Skating Club, managed by childrens' sports teams and was a proud Vancouver 2010 Olympic volunteer.
I've been through the relocation process and understand the concerns, anxieties and difficulties of finding a home in an area you aren't familiar with. My job is to simplify the process and make it as stress free as possible for you.
