Starting her  real estate journey in 2001 with the purchase of her first home and quickly expanded into investment properties. Over the next 15 years, she built a diverse portfolio of refurbishment properties and rental units, giving her extensive knowledge of the market and investment strategies.

With over 18 years in financial services, managing large-scale transformation programs across multiple continents, Bal has honed both project management and strategic planning skills.

Bal’s extensive experience in program management has refined her negotiation skills, ensuring the best possible outcomes in complex transactions. Whether negotiating the best price for a home or securing advantageous terms in a contract, she is committed to getting the best deal for her clients.

Moving to Canada in 2018, Bal successfully managed a 34-unit condo development project in Abbotsford, navigating complex approval processes and securing development approval. This experience has deepened her understanding of local regulations and development potential.
